*COPYRIGHT: REPOSTS – are allowed on Instagram & Facebook if the creator is properly & correctly tagged

**COPYRIGHT: Content RE-USE – if the content is to be used outside Instagram & Facebook and/or outside the campaign period, creator’s consent must be obtained first.

***The COMPENSATION agreed upon is to be paid in two steps: (A) half in advance ( 50% when signing the contract), and the other half (50%) will be paid no more than 5 (five) working days after the creator completed the task & the campaign ended; (B) when longer campaigns with more dates over longer periods of time: half (50%) in advance / when signing the contract and the conditions agreed upon of the remaining half (50%) of the payment should be clearly stated in the Collaboration Agreement between creator and client.

****The Social Media Marketing Plans prices as stated in each pack details are intended for one visit/day/collaboration/occasion/campaign/etc.

*****The language of all content is ENGLISH because my audience/followers are from all over the world and because English is the language I always use(d) on my media channels. If requested I can add caption in other languages too (German, French, Italian, etc).
